Refund Policy

At Valley Capital Advisor LLC, we strive to provide valuable training experience for Medicare agents. We offer a refund policy for the $69.95 registration/booking fee for the AEP 8-week Training Course under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund

  1. Payment Deadline: The $69.95 registration/booking fee must be paid and rendered on or before the enrollment deadline date of August 10th at 9 PM PST. Payments made after this deadline are not eligible for a refund.

  2. Attendance and Participation: Participants must attend every weekly 1-hour training event (specific event days will be provided following registration). Training will offer two optional days each week of the 8 weeks to participate, such as a Thursday or a Saturday. Active participation is required, as evidenced by completing in-course surveys and polls. These will appear on the screen without a specific schedule and at the discretion of the host, Brett Johnson, the Medicare Coach.

  3. No Medicare Business Written: If the participating agent does not write at least one piece of Medicare business during the entire AEP Enrollment session, which runs from October 15th to December 7th, they may be eligible for a refund. Proof is required by providing a letter from the agent's upline on the upline FMO's letterhead. If the agent is an independent agent and is not associated with an upline or FMO, then that freelance agent will need to provide Valley Capital Advisors LLC, with a letter attesting to not having written any business during the above AEP Enrollment period. This self-proclaimed letter will need to be notarized by license, non-affiliated California Notary of Public (such as The UPS Store) and mailed to our Fresno Headquarters via certified mail. The 90-day refund clock starts upon receipt of the relevant verification letter.

Conditions of Participation

  • Voluntary Engagement: Participation in the in-course surveys and polls is voluntary and not graded. These activities do not influence any success or fail grading, as the course itself is not graded.

  • Course Affiliation: The course has no affiliation with any Department of Insurance organizations, CMS, or any Medicare plan carrier that has a contract with Medicare.

  • No Future Commitment: There is no future commitment required to purchase any services from us. However, Valley Capital Advisor LLC reserves the right to solicit participants for broker/agent partnerships.

Valid Refunds

  • Processing Time: Valid refunds of $69.95 will be processed within 90 days after the completion date of the 8-week course.

  • Payment Method: Refunds will be issued by company check only. No refunds will be made to any electronic payment methods used at the original registration.
